eet the Founder
Founder & Wellness Educator
Mahua Dutta is a yoga educator, therapeutic yoga instructor and holistic wellness practitioner whose work brings together movement, mindfulness, meditation, Ayur Yoga, nutrition education and compassionate healthy-living guidance.
Her approach is educational, supportive and practical. Rather than positioning herself as a miracle specialist or promising guaranteed transformation, Mahua encourages individuals to understand their own needs, respect professional medical guidance and cultivate habits that can support well-being over time.
Her learning journey includes advanced study in Yogic Science and Ayur Yoga, yoga teacher training, therapeutic practice, meditation teaching, nutrition and dietetics, mudra therapy and Yoga Prana Vidya. These areas of study inform her work while also reinforcing the importance of professional boundaries. Yoga and wellness education can complement appropriate healthcare; they should not replace diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
Mahua’s teaching philosophy is grounded in patient progress. A person may begin with five minutes of breathing, a chair-supported movement, a short relaxation or one more mindful meal. What matters is not performing wellness perfectly. What matters is creating a respectful relationship with one’s own body and continuing to learn.
As Holistic Yoga Wellness grows, Mahua hopes to remain both a teacher and a student—sharing what she has learned, continuing her education and listening carefully to the experiences of the community. That humility is central to the platform’s promise.
the long view
Nothing here asks you to overhaul your life by Monday. A practice is built out of ordinary days — the ten minutes before the house wakes, the walk you choose over the scroll, the meal you sit down for. Kept up, those small things outlast every intensive programme I have ever seen.
Credentials & study
Every certificate below reflects training that changed how classes are taught.
how I work
Four things I hold to, so you know what you are walking into before you write to me.
Nothing here is a prescription. You are told what a practice is for and what it asks of you, then you decide whether it is the season for it.
Where a practice comes from, which tradition, and what I have adapted for a modern body. Where a link earns me something, it says so.
Yoga eases a great deal and fixes nothing overnight. If something needs a doctor, I will tell you so rather than sequence around it.
Every message reaches me, not an assistant. Questions before booking are welcome and cost nothing.
A promise
The aim is a student who eventually knows their own body well enough to practise without being told what to do.
what we practice together
Every session blends movement, breath, and stillness — sequenced with care, never forced.
Postures and breath sequenced for specific needs — back care, hormonal balance, and recovery from strain or injury.
Movement paired with pure essential oils to calm the nervous system and gently release held emotion.
Slow, supported shapes held with props — quieting the mind and rebuilding flexibility from the ground up.
Stillness practices and hand gestures drawn from classical yogic and Ayurvedic tradition.
Food as medicine — eating for your constitution, your season, and your energy, without rigid rules.
Learn to steady the breath — and watch the mind grow steadier with it.
